Can we acknowledge the fact that I’ve been engaged for over 3 months, and I have yet to post about it on the blog!? I shared my news on Instagram a few days after Kyle and I were engaged, but dove straight in to planning and have had little time to share anything new about it on my site. Seeing as it’s Valentine’s Day, I figured it was high time to let you all in on a few details and share my inspiration process! Continue reading “Making a Wedding Mood Board”
With another slew of weddings coming up this month, I thought it was high time I got around to publishing my DIY veil post! This past weekend one of my baking buddies (and overall good friend) got married to his best friend, Levi. They’re the type of people who are honestly friends with everyone, so the wedding was a huge assortment of friends and family from all over the country. It was casual, yet so personal, and Christian was sweet enough to ask me to bake their rehearsal dinner cake.
So much excitement has been circling around engagements this year, and I could not be loving the party planning and celebrating any more! I threw Megan and Ben a casual engagement party back in April, so when my brother got engaged, I worked with my mom and sister on planning a party for him and his fiance! For the third post in my engagement party series, I am sharing the recipe and decorating tutorial for these adorable little engagement ring cookies that we made for the party! They are beyond cute for any wedding related activity and were definitely the hit of the party.
